Successful trip to Canadian Legions for Nicole McKenzie

It was a very successful trip to Brandon, MB for Nicole McKenzie competing at the Royal Canadian Legion Track and Field Championships. Nicole was selected to represent Team Ontario by qualifying through the District and Provincial meets held earlier in the summer. This championship competition highlights the best youth in Canada 🇨🇦

Nic competed in 5 events during the three day championship in the nearly 40*C temperatures. However, this would not stop her from giving her all and bringing home 5 medals 🥇.

Below is the list of her events and accomplishments:

200m – 2nd Place 🥈

300m – 3rd Place 🥉

4x100m Relay – 1st Place 🥇

4x400m Relay – 1st Place 🥇

1600m Medley Relay – 1st Place 🥇
