To all the Mother’s, have a wonderful day. Enjoy your day and make sure your kids cater to you. Practice is cancelled tomorrow and will resume Monday.

Cameron with the season opener! Great job Cam! #boostac #sprints Another day of PBs and hardware. Quintyn with a 🥈 in the U10 Boys LJ. Also, a 6th place finish in the 60m. #boostjumps #boosttrack Congrats to Bavleen on her 3rd place 🥉 finish in the U14 Girls Long Jump. With a jump of 4.38m, Bavleen set a new PB by more than half a metre. And in between jumps, she managed to squeeze in a 150m with another PB of 22.52s. Great showing today Bavleen!
